Runtown’s boss identified as owner of the alleged most expensive house in Nigeria (photos)

Popular Igbo businessman Okwudili Umenyiora has been identified as the owner of the most expensive house in Nigeria. It was reported that the house is worth over $10,000,000 (N3.6 billion).

The young man, who is fondly called Ericmanny is also said to be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dilly motors and Ericmanny Entertainment Record.

Speaking on the multi-million naira house, it is reportedly located at Lekki phase one close to the Oniru new market area of Lagos.

According to those who have been to the house, they disclosed that it has an amazing structure and stands out to be the finest house in Nigeria at the moment.

Ericmanny’s beautiful mansion was completed towards the end of 2013 but since then, there is still no house to challenge this amazing structure in Nigeria. Its interior and exterior design is just a show of great architectural art work.

The house was painted white and orange with wide space at the swimming pool area in case the family needs to have a party for friends and family. There are two swimming pools, one outside and one located inside the main building.

The young millionaire showed off his love for cars as he specially built a car garage which has sliding doors. This is to prevent rain or dust from touching the cars. It took about four years to build. The housekeeping is being done by five house keepers, one of which is a Philippine woman.
