The crisis between farmers and herdsmen in Nigeria have spanned through various states in the country.
These states include Benue, Enugu, Nasarawa, Abia among many other states.
The recent crisis between the herdsmen and farmer is in Kaduna state where many have bee reportedly killed, others injured and house and even government facilities destroyed.
While many resident have fled their communities in Kaduna over the attacks some others including women and children have chosen to stay.
These individuals especially children told NAIJ.com about their means of survival possible attacks in the Southern part of Kaduna state.
One of the children NAIJ.com met in its recent visit to Goska village in Southern Kaduna said he produced the toy gun from materials he gathered in the community.
He said he plans to use the toy guns to scare herdsmen from attacking his village.
