With Buhari's N500,000 gift to "corrupt Judge", can we all agree anti-corruption war is dead - Omokri

Reno Omokri, former media aide of Goodluck Jonathan, has questioned President Buhari's anti-corruption wars after allegations emerged that President Buhari might have given Justice Ademola a gift of "N500,000" during his certificate scandal case.

Omokri in a couple of tweets asked if President Buhari's anti-corruption war is over since his lawyer is now being accused of allegedly offering bribe to Justice Ademola.

A witness in a case of alleged corruption against Justice Adeniyi Ademola has come forward to alleged that President Buhari through his lawyer gave out a 'gift' of N500,000 to Ademola during who was the judge in charge of Buhari's certificate scandal case.

Omokri, who was the special assistant on media to Goodluck Jonathan during his administration said God wanted to expose Buhari.

Meanwhile, special adviser to the President on media and publicity Femi Adesina on Wednesday, February 22 said the reports that a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Kola Awodein, gave Justice Niyi Ademola of the Federal High Court N500,000.00 on behalf of Buhari were false.

Adesina noted that Buhari challenged the elections of 2003, 2007, and 2011, up to the Supreme Court and was never named as trying to compromise any judge, saying that even Awodein has denied the allegation.
