Barely twenty four hour after the leadership of House of Representatives said that Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state deceived Nigerians for publishing security budget instead of security vote, a concerned Nigerian has asked him to make public how he spent Paris Club Fund.
In a message sent to NAIJ.com by a Facebook user, Malam Isah Abbas Ahmed, said since the Speaker of House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara has made public his monthly salary, Governor El-Rufai should also tell the world how he spent local government funds he received from federation account if he is transparent.

He said: “Now that the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, shared his pay slip, what's next? As a concerned citizen of Kaduna state and if Nasir El-Rufai is truly transparent, I have these simple challenges for him.
“He should make Local Government funds received from Federation Account and how he spent it public. He should also make detailed account of Security Votes public not shady report.
“We will also like to know how much of Paris Club money he got and how he spent it. Finally, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in conjunction with Dangote supported the state with huge amount of money for construction of drainages in their effort to "roll back malaria".
"We require detailed account of this fund. Our eyes and ears are widely opened.
