An accident in Sapele, Delta state today, Friday, June 8 was caused by cows grazing along the road.

The accident which happened around Sapele road in Ikea was reported on social media by a concerned Nigerian named Aimua Oghahbon.

Oghagbon went on to share pictures of the accident scene which were filled with the blood of the animals.

In another development, the Kano state Hisbah Board has 96 beggars in May for allegedly violating the law banning street begging in the state capital.

Malam Dahiru Muhammed, an official of the board’s anti-begging unit, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kano on Thursday, June 1 that 27 out of the 96 beggars were children, while 69 were adult.
