APC denies Buhari’s plane parked at London airport

- The report that President Buhari's plane was parked in London airport has been refuted by APC United Kingdom

- The report had earlier alleged that the president's plane was parked idly at the airport at the cost of £4000 a day

- The APC said the news was from a fake news site

The All Progressives Party (APC) has reacted to the reports making the rounds that President Buhari's aircraft was sighted in a parking space in London.

The costs of using the parking lot where the plane was sighted every 24 hours was pegged at a whooping £4000.

In a response to Honourable AB Faj who asked for the authenticity of the story as reported by BBC Africa News, APC asked for the news to be disregarded while labeling the news outlet a fake news blog.

Legit.ng had reported that President Muhammadu Buhari's aircraft has allegedly been spotted in a parking space in London.

According to viral reports online, it costs a whooping £4000 every 24 hours to use a parking lot. This has raised concerned in the minds of Nigerians as to why the aircraft is 'waiting' for the president to get well. Some also concluded that if the aircraft is in a parking lot, waiting for the president to be fine, it means the crew members are also in London, living large on Nigeria's money.

To calculate the cost, the president has spent 50 days in London and calculating how much spent already based on N400/1 pound, President Buhari has spent a whooping N80,000,000.00 on aircraft alone.
