Nigerians criticize Ambode harshly as flood takes over Lekki

Lekki and other parts of Lagos Island residents are in trouble as flood as taken over most homes and streets in the area. The flood which began as the heavy rains continued without letup has been a source of concern to many.

NAIJ.com earlier reported that a video of a man riding a boat went viral on Nigerian social media and many Nigerians have begun complaining.

Despite the fact that residents of Lagos state are not new to flood, this seems to be on a whole new level as the flooding left people scooping water out of their houses, some were seen swimming and an oyinbo man was even seen paddling his canoe on a major road.
