- Yesufu accused Buhari of being a hypocrite

- She accused him of taking medical treatment abroad after banning other government officials from doing same

The co-convener of Bring Back Our Girls, Aisha Yesufu, has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of being a hypocrite who does not follow the rules he set for others.

She asked the president to be careful of what he demanded from others just in case he has to be in their shoes.

In April 2016, President Buhari said his government would not provide funds to any government official to travel abroad for medical treatment unless the case could not be handled in Nigeria.

Yesufu, in a series of tweets, while replying to Ross Alabo-George's allegation that 'a year ago President Buhari banned foreign medical treatment for FG officials,' said Buhari's act shows absolute 'zero character and integrity'.

She wrote: "And that same President is enjoying medical attention abroad! What utter hypocrisy and absolute zero character and integrity!

Recall that NAIJ.com recently reported that Aisha Yesufu advised President Muhammadu Buhari to resign in the interest of Nigeria.

Yesufu gave the advice in a two minute, 20 seconds video she recorded and posted on Twitter page.

She stated that the idea of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo acting as president is not working, adding that governance is stagnated in the country.

Yesufu said the president is sick and incapable of discharging his duties as president and asked why he can't resign so his deputy can rule the nation.

Meanwhile, former governor of Lagos state and All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has said President Buhari is healing fast and would return home soon.

Tinubu, made this statement during a condolence visit to Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, over the death of Maitama Sule.
