Nigerian international and captain of the Super Eagles, Mikel Obi has declared himself fit and ready for the remaining 12 games for his Chinese Super League team Tianjin Teda.
Mikel has been out of action for the past three months after suffering a knee injury while featuring for his Chinese club, but he has been training with his teammates for the last three weeks.
Tianjin Teda currently sit on 14th position on the Chinese Super League standings, and Mikel has vowed to help his team escape relegation this season.

The Chinese club have also not recorded a win in their last 7 games in the ongoing Chinese Super League season.
''I am fit now and I wants to help my team in our remaining games of the season, but it is down to the coaches.
''I feel so much better, and it is sad that I have missed so games for my club and even the national team, but I am back and ready to help,'' the former Chelsea star explained.
Meanwhile, the news will now come as a good one for Super Eagles fans ahead of Nigeria's World Cup qualifier showdown with African champions Cameroon in September 2017.
