He called Governor Aregbesola to console him over the death of his mother, Alhaja Saratu.
President Buhari who has been away in a telephone call expressed sympathy with the Osun state governor and eulogised Aregbesola's mother Alhaja Saratu.

In his telephone conversation with Aregbesola, Buhari said Alhaja Saratu is worthy of commendable honour following her sacrifices in giving her children good moral upbringing.
Buhari prayed for the soul of the deceased and for the Aregbesola family which she left behind in mourning.
NAIJ.com earlier reported that Alhaja Saratu Aregbesola died in Ilesa, her hometown, early hours on Tuesday, August 1 and has been buried according to Islamic rites.
