Arrest Nnamdi Kanu protest hits Abuja (photos)

- The federal government has been urged to arrest Nnmadi Kanu

- The group accused Kanu of undermining the sovereignty of Nigeria

Arewa Youth Assembly on Wednesday, August 9 held a protest to demand for the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu over the unity of Nigeria.

The group who took to the streets under Police watch said unity of the country is non-negotiable while calling for the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.

The group insisted that Nnamdi Kanu is undermining the sovereignty of the country through his agitation for Biafra.

Legit.ng had earlier reported that Nnamdi Kanu condemned the Ozubulu killing and called for thorough investigation of the massacre.

He claimed that there was nothing to suggest that the attack was not an act of terrorism.
