The Igbos for Nigeria Movement (INM) has called on Ohaneze Ndigbo to apologize to the military for allowing Nnamdi Kanu, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), to cause hatred in southeast.

According to Nigerian Tribune, INM explained that some top members of Ohaneze and Igbo political leaders had banked on using IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu to score political points in the region.

Legit.ng gathered that the recent quit notice issued to Igbos by some northern youths showed how groups like IPOB placed Igbos at a disadvantage.

The movement said the expectation is that Ohaneze and anyone that genuinely calls himself a leader in Igboland must now put the interest of Igbo people above their personal interest.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that IPOB declared its readiness to stand before a commission of inquiry into the activities of the Operation Python Dance 2 in the southeast.
