Kaduna teachers: 'Examination is not a true test of knowledge' - Mixed reactions from Nigerians

As news that Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has sacked teachers who failed the competency test spreads, there have been mixed reactions from Nigerians about the move.

Many have said the teachers should not have been sacked and decried the move as harsh and unjust. Others however, praised the move by El-Rufai.

The governor is however not backing down despite alleged threats from the National Union of Teachers in the state.

Meanwhile, the Kaduna state government has released several scripts from the Primary 4 competency test which was set for teachers in the state.
