- Former president, Goodluck Jonathan, asks Farida Waziri to mention names of those she was investigating before she was allegedly sacked by his administration
- GEJ says Waziri has a history of bad mouthing former presidents to enter the good books of the incumbent president
Former president, Goodluck Jonathan, has challenged claims by Farida Waziri, the former chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that she was sacked by the former administration because she refused to drop charges against a fuel subsidy suspect.
Jonathan in a message on Twitter on Wednesday, November 15, called on the former EFCC boss to mention the name of the person or company she was stopped from investigating.
He insisted that if she can’t mention any name then it proves that she was hired to attack him.
