- Watford winger Richarlison could be on his way to Chelsea in January
- The Blues are reportedly ready to bring the Brazilian to Stamford Bridge
- But they will face a serious battle from rivals Tottenham who are also interested
Premier League champions Chelsea have reportedly joined rivals Tottenham in the race to sign Watford winger Richarlison when the January transfer window opens.
The Brazilian star has been impressive for Watford this season in less than four months that he joined the Premier League club.
Richarlison is said to have caught the attention of Chelsea coach Antonio Conte during his side's defeat at Stamford Bridge in October 2017.
The Samba star has scored four goals in just 12 appearances since his £13 million move from Fluminense during the summer.
Chelsea are now expected to face serious competition from Spurs who are said to have sent their representatives to Watford on the possibility of signing the player.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Chelsea coach Antonio Conte told the club to sign more players in the next transfer.
