1. Visit USA Travel Docs online

For you to reschedule, you should go online to USA Travel Docs pick a country where you have an appointment and for the particular type of visa application go to "Schedule Appointment", which will have the links to schedule one or reschedule one.

2. The confirmation screen

After scheduling an appointment, the confirmation screen and confirmation email will indicate a date and time by which you can make any change to the appointment such as rescheduling or cancelling it. After that date/time, no changes are allowed.

3. Log on to the system

You can log into the system using your passport number, date of birth and country of citizenship, you can select cancel or reschedule appointment from the options on the Applicant Summary page.

4. Change appointment date

You can change the appointment date (cancel, reschedule) as many times as you need before the deadline for doing so.

5. Cancel first but no guarantee

Please note that if you have already scheduled an appointment, and thinking about rescheduling it, you can't view the appointment calendar until after you cancel your current appointment.
