- Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has provided injury updates ahead of the Gunners clash against Chelsea
- The Frenchman explained that Sead Kolasinac, Nacho Monreal, Olivier Giroud and Ozil are in doubt to face the Blues
Premier League club Arsenal could be without five of their players for their next game against reigning Premier League champions Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, January 3.
Defender Sead Kolasinac joins Nacho Monreal and Frenchman Olivier Giroud on the crock list after being ruled out for two weeks.
There are reports that German football star Mesut Ozil and Laurent Koscielny may also not be fit to face Chelsea in what is expected to be a tough duel.
Ozil missed the Baggies game with a knee injury and Koscielny was forced off crocked in the 72nd minute after asking to be substituted.
"We lost Kolasinac, Koscielny in the game at West Brom. The two who have a little chance is Ozil who might have a test this morning and Koscielny who is 30-70 available." Wenger was quoted by UK Sun.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Arsenal were forced to a 1-1 draw by West Brom in a Premier League match in which defender Sead Kolasinac got injured.
The Gunners started the game flying with them creating few openings but were unable to punish the Baggies.
Arsenal's record signing Alex Lacazette had a chance but his shot was deflected wide and the game remained 0-0 at half time.
