Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea are reportedly eyeing a January 2018 move for Thorgan Hazard who currently plays for German club Borussia Monchengladbach.
Thorgan who is the younger brother of Chelsea winger Eden Hazard signed for the Blues in 2012, but left to join Borussia Mochengladbach on a permanent deal in 2015.
Chelsea coach Antonio Conte is said to have been impressed by his recent form in the German Bundesliga, and has told the Blues' chiefs to sign him this month according to German publication Bild.
The 24-year-old has scored six and assisted three this season equaling his same goal scoring tally as the whole of last campaign.
Gladbach are unlikely to want to cash in on their star asset but the love of joining his brothers at the Premier League champions may prove too much for Thorgan.
Already, Thorgan's two brothers Eden and Kylian are currently on the books of the Stamford Bridge club.
