2018 is starting out to be a good year for 40-year-old Nollywood actress Funke Akindele-Bello. The actress is reportedly set to appear in one of Hollywood’s biggest superhero franchise that would be released this year.
The actress was reportedly cast in the upcoming Avengers movie, Infinity War, as a member Dora Milaje, an all-female special forces unit in Wakanda from the Black Panther Marvel superhero comics.
Akindele-Bello is popularly known for her role as Jenifa in a Nollywood comedy movie about an uneducated lady trying to make it in Lagos.
She was listed among the full cast of the upcoming movie that is set to premiere on Friday, May 4, on movie database IMDb.
Avengers Infinity War is regarded as one of the biggest Marvel movies due to the fact that the movie would feature several superheroes from different franchises that are part of the cinematic universe. It is the first time all the heroes from Marvel comics would appear together in a movie.
