Two goals in four minutes helped Bournemouth to secure a comeback 2 - 1 win over Arsenal at Dean Court in the Premier League on Sunday, January 14.

Wenger started with a three man defense of Rob Holding, Calum Chambers and Mustafi but they were hardly ever troubled by the Cherries.

The Gunners were the better team in the first half in which clear cut chances were few.

Auxillary left wing-back, Ailes Maitland-Niles bit the post after wriggling in the box and beating Adam Smith with some nice footwork.

Both teams went in goalless at the break but Arsene Wenger's side looked the more dangerous and that continued early on in the second half.

Hector Bellerin put the Gunners in front in the 56th minute as he slotted past Asmir Begovic.

After the goal however, Eddie Howe's side looked the most dangerous as their neat inter-play in midfield dominated the Gunners.

Two goals in four minutes turned the game on its head at Dean Court.

Calum Wilson got in between Chambers and Bellerin to poke in Ryan Fraser's teasing cross from the right with Petr Cech who came to claim the ball left for dead.

High pressing by the Cherries put them ahead as Jordan Ibe fired beneath Cech after picking up Wilson's lay-off.

It was the Englishman's first goal for the club since joining from Liverpool in the summer of 2016.

The Gunners remain 6th on the log on 39 points, five behind fifth place Tottenham Hotpsur.
