- Following the recent release of artificial dolls for adult pleasure, there has been mixed reactions all over the world
- This is mostly due to the nature and price of the doll fused with human artificial intelligence
- Many Nigerians have taken to the social media platform to express their opinion about it including our very own Wizkid
An American company has set tongues wagging causing a lot of reactions about their latest products. The company reportedly created a doll with sensual feminine features that are almost natural. The aim of these robots fused with human artificial intelligence is for pleasuring men who desire a certain level of fantasy only achieved by these dolls.
While this is good news to some, others however are debating over the price of the doll which costs up to N800k. This price which is considered too exorbitant for some people have led to a wide debate on why anyone would want to purchase these dolls. The pictures of these artificial machines have been circulating the internet especially on Twitter.
Our very own starboy Wizkid apparently has joined in the arguments as he recently took to his Twitter page to share an opinion which he found funny. According to him, prostitutes are more affordable than these dolls. He wrote: "Bazy say the people wey make s*x doll... Be like dem no know how much olosho be for street"
The ladies on Twitter also joined in on the debate as some even took to posting pictures and comparing themselves to these said robots.
Matt McMullen, founder of Realbotix, is the man who created Harmony, an artificial intelligence app that syncs up with a robotic head system. According to reports, the application enables users to match an AI personality with a humanoid robot head, to create the most realistic adult doll imaginable.
Harmony allows the android companions to talk, learn and satisfy customer’s sexual desires. Currently there are only only female versions of Harmony avatars and robotic heads and they are said to cost around N5m. However, Matt believes there is also a demand for male versions. So it was no surprise when few days ago, there were viral reports about the plans of creating male adult dolls which would be set in motion in 2018.
