Reports have come in that Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has been ordered by a Lagos state magistrate court to restrain from airing her reality television show with her son King Andrea Omodayo Igo Churchill.
The injunction order was reportedly issued on Wednesday, January 31. You may recall that Olakunle Churchill, the actress’ ex-husband had prayed the court to restrain his ex-wife from featuring his son on the adult content filled show.
Churchill had stated that he took the steps to restrain his ex-wife’s reality show from airing his son because he is too young to make his own decisions.
In his claims, Churchill also pointed out that the show contains adult content based on the trailer which was released online. He also floated the idea that it is inappropriate for a minor and also unfair that the image of their son, Andre was being exploited for financial gains.
The injunction order was issued by Justice P.A Adekomaiya. The copies of the injunction order were reportedly pasted at the front gate of Linda Ikeji Media.
