A church building remained untouched after a huge fire broke out at an informal settlement in Langata where four people were confirmed dead.
The inferno razed the entire Kijijini settlent after Nairobi fire engine deployed to put off the fire lacked water to the surprise of Kenyans.
The government through Deputy President William Ruto announced that the government would use KSh70 million to relocate the about 14,000 residents whose shanties were reduced to ashes.
Nairobi governor Mike Sonko suspended the fire department boss following the embarrassing moment when the fire engine that was recently procured arrived at the scene but could not be of any use as it did not have water.
However, one things stood out despite the fire gutting all the structures, a church building remained standing.
"For those of you who think God does not exist, here is a modern-day proof that He does exist with all His might and majesty," Babriel Kamau said in his Facebook post accompanying the photo of the PEFA All Nations church.
