Beautiful female presenter Kudirat Olayinka has taken to her Instagram handle to share a video of two young men who harassed her at a restaurant in Lekki, Lagos.
Popularly known as @reelkola on Instagram, the beautiful presenter shared the video stating how disgusted she feels about men in Nigeria. She added that what hurt her most was when other ladies were laughing at her.
She thanked her friends DJ Spinall and Luskimayana for showing her love and support when the incident happened.
She shared the video with the words: “This is the type of things girls got through in Nigeria. They touched my ‘bum bum’ and then try to act like nothing happened. We continue to excuse them which is why they act like this. I am beyond mortified. Sad thing is none of the guys in there said a thing in my defense. One guy said for me to leave it for God. They then started to say that I should please not post that they will pay for my food. Like nigga you think that I can’t pay for my own food. Or should I take it as payment for you grabbing my ‘bum bum’. All this happened @theplacelekki and not a single staff or security member said a thing. Nigeria we have to do better. Big thanks to the fam @djspinall and @luskimayana for coming through. #Realmen.”

The post was shared with the caption: “I woke up this morning still upset about what took place last night. We used to raise men, but now-a-days there seems to be more ‘animals’ roaming the streets. I want to say that I was shocked by the actions of those two ‘animals’, or by the bystanders, or by the staff and security of @theplacelekki who said and did nothing; but I wasn’t. I wasn’t even shocked by the females who were there laughing and telling me that ‘what is small pressing bum?’ We as Nigerians have become so numb to the injustice and harassment that befalls woman every day in this country. Even when it is directly in our face we laugh it off or shift blame. Thanks to the few good men like @djspinall and @luskimayana that we still have left. Nigerians have to do better. I don’t know these ‘animals’ at all, but they thought it was their ‘right’ to grab my bum. It was not, but it is my right to speak up. As it is every woman’s right. Don’t let their ignorance silence you. #KOlaKronicles #Kueening#JourneyToHappy.”
