- Ronaldo has reportedly told Real Madrid chiefs that he does not want to play with Isco against PSG
- The Portuguese star is said to have stated that Isco slows his game down on the pitch
Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly told Real Madrid coaching crew that he does not want to play with teammate Isco against Paris-Saint-Germain.
Real Madrid who are the current Spanish and European League champions will face the French club tonight in the Champions League round of 16 tie first leg.
Winning this year's UEFA Champions League title will be the only hope of Los Blancos laying their hands on a title this season as they are currently 17 points behind Barcelona in the Spanish La Liga standings.
The latest reports from Spain suggest Ronaldo has his own idea of the team Zinedine Zidane should select when he pits himself against Paris-Saint-Germain.
According to Diario Gol, Ronaldo does not want Spanish midfielder Isco to start because he slows Real down too much.
Instead, the Portuguese would rather see Marco Asensio or Lucas Vazquez in the line-up along with Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.
Ronaldo is also said to have told his representatives to tell Real Madrid chiefs to sell Isco in the summer for him to remain at the club next season.
Isco has recently been linked with a move to Premier League champions Chelsea as his countryman Alvaro Morata wants him at Stamford Bridge.
