- Premier League giants Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in the Brazilian
- Bordeaux refused letting Malcom leave in January but are willing to allow him negotiate in the summer
Bordeaux forward malcom is set to leave the French outfit over the summer and is likely to trigger a fierce bidding war between targets Tottenham and Arsenal.
The French Ligue 1 outfit refused selling the player in January after manager Gus Poyet insisted he would not take the job if the star left.
But the 20-year-old Malcom has confirmed he has an agreement with Bordeaux allowing him to move on at the end of the season.
Speaking to Brazilian media UOL, Malcom said: "Yes, there was a promise that I will be negotiating in June.
"I will choose the team, and Bordeaux will let me go.
"I already said that I would have liked to leave this winter to meet new challenges.
"But I must also remember that Bordeaux helped me a lot.
"I gave my word to Bordeaux that I will continue [with the club] to be able to have more time to choose my future club.
"These next three or four months will make a big difference."
Malcom will miss his side's game against Nice after being given a retrospective one-match ban for a shameful dive.
The whizkid took an obvious tumble to win a penalty, which he converted himself, in a 3-1 win over Lyon.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Arsenal has been admiring Malcom from afar but have now made contact with his representatives before they sold Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United.
The talented young Brazilian is also wanted by Tottenham and Manchester United though his club have been reluctant to sell him in January.
The 20-year-old can play on either wing or behind the forward and has impressed in the French league this season.
