The senior special assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on political matters, Hon.Gideon Samani, said the president and his vice, Professor Yemi Osinbao, are working hard to ensure that Nigerians get the best through their fight against corruption
Samani said this in Ughelli, headquarters of Ughelli North local government area of Delta state during a rally put together by a governorship hopeful, Olorogun Osiobe Okotie to drum support for President Buhari, Vanguard reports.
NAIJ.com gathered that he also said that President Buhari has promised to reconcile the leaders of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state to ensure the victory of the party in the state.
He added that both Buhari and his vice, Professor Yemi Osihanjo, are men of integrity sent by God to redeem the country.
The special assistant stated that President Buhari will use money recovered so far from looters for the infrastructural development of the country.
He commended Olorogun Osiobe Okotie for helping to develop the party by making its structure solid.
He added that the party is aware of Okotie’s effort in galvanising support for the Project Buhari come 2019 which he has shown through the massive mobilization of party members for the rally.

In his address, Olorogun Osiobe Okotie enumerated his developmental plans for Deltans as the eradication of poverty by creating jobs for our teeming youths and graduates, among others.
NAIJ.com previously reported that the Amalgamated Youths Forum in Taraba state on Saturday, February 17 urged President Buhari to re-contest in 2019 so as to enable him to consolidate on the good work he started in 2015.
The chairman of the forum, Alhaji Murtala Maihula, who made the call in Jalingo at a rally organised by the youths from the 16 local government areas of the state, said that the country was better off under the leadership of President Buhari.
He added that many programmes and projects had been initiated to improve the fortunes of the ordinary Nigerians.
