Four men have been killed in a fresh attack on Angwam Rogo, a residential area in Bassa local government area of Plateau state by armed men suspected to be herdsmen.
The police spokesperson, Terna Tyopev, said the victims were killed on Wednesday, April 18, while they were conducting their legitimate daily activities.
Those killed during the attack were Adamu Sunday, aged 38, Jatau Akus, aged 39, Chohu Awarhai and Marcus Mali age 22 years.
Tyopev said the bodies have been taken to Plateau State Specialist Hospital, Jos for post-mortem examination.
He added that efforts are in place by police to track down the suspects.

Recall that NAIJ.com earlier reported that the Nigeria Police, Plateau state command, confirmed that no less than three people were killed on Thursday, March 22 in Dong, Jos North local government area of the state after the village was attacked by suspected herdsmen.
The incident happen at about 8:30pm, on Thursday when the villagers were preparing for dinner and the gunmen storm the village and open fire on the people.
