- Gareth Bale could be on his way out of Real Madrid at the end of the season
- Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is said to have picked his jersey number
- Bale is currently wearing the jersey number 11 and he could make a return to England
Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah has reportedly picked jersey number 11 should he move to Spanish side Real Madrid at the end of the ongoing football League season in Europe.
The number 11 jersey at Real Madrid is currently worn by Gareth Bale, and Salah's reported decision is said to have caused serious arguments at the Bernabeu.
What it means is that former Tottenham star Gareth Bale will have to leave Real Madrid or change his jersey number if Salah makes the move this summer.
Mohamed Salah has scored 43 goals from 48 games across all competitions and could down Real Madrid when the two teams meet in the Champions League final on May 26.
According to the report by Spanish media outfit Don Balon, Mohamed Salah has told Real Madrid chiefs that he wants jersey number 11 and £13.25m to turn his back on Liverpool.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Firmino will be the strongmen for Liverpool when they face Real Madrid in the 2017/18 Champions League final.
The two teams will meet at the Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex, Kiev, Ukraine on May 26.
Previously, NAIJ.com had reported how Real Madrid could end their pursuit for the signing of Chelsea star Eden Hazard at the end of the ongoing League season in Europe.
This is because their star player Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly told the club's chiefs not to bring the Belgian star to the Bernabeu this summer.
Ronaldo instead according to the report wants Los Blancos to try all their best to sign Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah.
