Premier League champions Manchester City threw up a title winning party at a disused warehouse in town after being crowned the winners of this season’s EPL
The lifted the English topflight title on Sunday, May 6 after being forced to a goalless draw Huddersfield at the Etihad Stadium.
City players, instead of their expensive bars and clubs settled down for derelict warehouse near Manchester Piccadilly Station to have fun after a long season of hard work.
Pep Guardiola’s men took over the Temperance Street which was closed to traffic, while guards marshaled the entrances with the arrival of the players and their flashy cars.
As the celebration was going on, Kevin de Bruyne shared a video showing himself, Kyle Walker and John Stones enjoying a song and dance on Instagram.
Bernardo Silva and Gabriel Jesus were dressed to impress at the title celebrations. Danilo, meanwhile, posted a photo on Instagram of him and his partner looking stylish before the event.
When Man City clinched the title on April 15 after Man United's loss to West Bromwich Albion, a lot of the players were out of the country and not there to celebrate.
But they all joined in on Sunday night to celebrate a stunning campaign that sealed a third Premier League title in seven seasons.
However, City have now won five Premier League titles in their history, with their last three won seven season. They have also won five FA Cups and four community Shields, but have never won either of the UEFA Champions League or the Europa League titles.
Guardiola’s men have only lost two matches this season – Liverpool and Manchester United in the second half of the season.
They crashed out of this year’s UCL competition in the quarterfinals – losing to Liverpool 5-2 on aggregate after 180 minutes of play.
Meanwhile, their main target for the coming season will be to either win the Champions League title or get to the final for the first time in their history.
