- The lady had reportedly scammed people under the pretense of being sick
- She was caught after a staff of the hospital exposed her to page in charge of her donations
A lady identified simply as Natasha has been exposed on social media for scamming Nigerian for over three hundred thousand naira. The lady had reportedly pretended not to have money for her treatment at the hospital.
It was gathered that a Twitter page that specializes in spreading awareness for those in need known as SubDeliveryZone had rallied Nigerian Twitter users to donate money for Natasha who claimed to be unable to pay for her treatment at the hospital.
Natasha who had asthma attack shared a series of tweets asking for funds because her company doesn't have health insurance. She claimed that she needed about a N100,000 to treat herself.
However, after the money was donated and she got over N300, 000, a staff at the hospital called unto the SubDeliveryZone, stating that the lady did not need the money because her company already settle her bill with the hospital.
The hospital staff also revealed that the lady had a minor attack that does not require much treatment.
According to the Twitter page, Natasha became defensive and rude after she was confronted about the allegations.
Meanwhile, SubDeliveryZone page had also revealed that Nigerians who know Natasha personally also shared their experiences about her, agreeing that she is rude.
