- Eden Hazard admits he's going to wait before committing to a new deal at Chelsea
- The Belgian wants the Blues to sign more players for them to win trophies next season
- He is a summer transfer target for Spanish club Real Madrid
Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has made another important statement on his future at Stamford Bridge as the Belgian football star wants the Blues to sign more players this summer.
After a disappointing season which saw Chelsea losing their Premier League title to Manchester City, Eden Hazard is holding off signing a new contract.
Eden Hazard still has two more years on his deal at Chelsea, but the 27-year-old winger wants to wait and see the players Chelsea will sign this summer before he decides his future.
He has been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid, and Los Blancos are still monitoring his progress at the London based club.
“I’m taking my time. I’m waiting for new players next season and we will see. I want players, I want to win the Premier League next season a lot of things.
“It is something big, so I will need to think of a lot of things.” the 27-year-old explained according to UK Sun.
Hazard will not be able to play Champions League football with Chelsea next season after a fifth-placed finish saw the club drop into the Europa League.
But he is expected to lead Chelsea's attack against Manchester United in the final of the FA Cup at the Wembley stadium.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Chelsea star Eden Hazard rubbished the reports linking him with summer transfer move to Manchester United.
The Belgian was unable to help Chelsea retain their Premier League title at the just concluded EPL season where Manchester City emerged champions.
But despite that, he has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer with Real Madrid and Manchester United said to be interested.
