A tragic incident occurred and left a family in mourning in Abia state. A young man identified as Ezemoro John Ifeaghochukwu has been left in grief after his mother passed away on his traditional wedding day.
The tragic incident occurred on Saturday, May 12, on their way to his traditional wedding in Umuahia, Abia state.
Ifeaghochukwu who took to Facebook to share the sad story, stated that the day became an unforgettable one in his entire life. He noted that a day that was supposed to be a joyous became an unbearable one for him.

He revealed that his mother died due to a fire outbreak that occurred after an accident while she was on her way to the ceremony, adding that many people were left injured.
The grieving man also revealed that his brother has been accused of using the victims of the fire outbreak for rituals. He asked people to pray for his family's protection, praying for the victims to get quick recovery.

My supposed day of joy that suddenly turned into an unbearable sorrow. A day of my traditional marriage which never took place anymore. What a fire outbreak that took the life of my mother and injured many on the way of my traditional marriage at Umuahia.
