Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has claimed that Real Madrid have an agreement which will make it impossible for them to sell Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo has been seriously linked with a return to the Premier League with Manchester United identified as the side that will sign him.
But according to the report by Portuguese newspaper Record, Jose Mourinho explained that Manchester United will not push for the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
”I believe that Real Madrid cannot sell him, it is prohibited.
"He has to stay until the moment they authorize him to go and play one year in America or anywhere else that he wants to enjoy. It is a closed door.
“All the people know his history in Manchester, the passion they have for him and that there are players in the world who, if the clubs have the possibility of signing, will not say no.” Mourinho was quoted to have said to Portuguese newspaper Record by by Express UK.

The Portugal talisman left Old Trafford in 2009 in an £80m deal after six stunning seasons with the Red Devils.
But in recent months, the 33-year-old has been tipped for a return to the Premier League in which Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho was said to be interested in signing him.
