Legit.ng earlier reported that nn Monday, May 14, the Air Task Force commenced the conduct of Operation Thunder Strike.

It was gathered that the operation is an independent air interdiction by the NAF to attack selected Boko Haram terrorists locations in the northeast, which are currently inaccessible to own troops on account of the onset of the rainy season.

According to a statement sent to Legit.ng by the NAF spokesman, Air Vice Marshal Olatokumbo Adesanya, several targets have already been successfully acquired with encouraging results.
