Barcelona and Real Madrid legend Ronaldo Delima has compared Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah to Lionel Messi ahead of the final of the 2017/18 Champions League in Kiev.
Mohamed Salah is expected to lead Liverpool attack against Real Madrid in the final in Kiev, and the Brazil legend says he loves the Egypt international.
Ronaldo believes he sees shades of Messi in 25-year-old Salah's ability to cut inside and destroy teams with his left foot.
He told El Partidazo de COPE:"Salah, I love him. He is an incredible player with a tremendous quality.
"He looks like Messi and I recently read him saying that I had been his inspiration and I was excited."
Liverpool and Real Madrid failed to win any other title at the just concluded season in Europe, and winning the Champions League is the only hope for these two teams.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Premier League campaigners Liverpool named their squad for the final of the 2017/18 Champions League against Spanish giants Real Madrid.
German midfielder Emre Can who has not played for the Reds since March 17 made the final 24-man list by Jurgen Klopp.
But the former Bayer Leverkusen star is unlikely to make the starting XI and could make his first appearance in over two months off the bench.
