- The Selecao will finish the group against Carlos Queiroz side, Iran
Cristiano Ronaldo returned to the training in preparation for Group B match against Morocco after scoring a hat-trick against Spain in their 3-3 draw.
The Portugal talisman scored an exquisite free kick late in the game to dramatically earn a draw for the Selecao after Spain came twice from behind to take the lead.
The Real Madrid star man had earlier scored a penalty after being fouled by club teammate Nacho Fernandez and he put Portugal back in front on the stroke of half-time courtesy of a David De Gea blunder.
That treble saw him join Pele, Miroslav Klose and Uwe Seeler as the fourth player to score at four separate World Cup finals. Ronaldo is also the first to net at eight consecutive major tournaments.
Portugal will be looking to take a step closer to the round of 16 as they clash with Morocco at the Luzhniki Stadium on Wednesday.
