Still in the spirit of Father's Day, Nigerian fashion entrepreneur and celebrity stylist, Toyin Lawani has taken to social media to share a message of her own. While celebrating her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, she shared a piece of advice as well.
She used the medium to call out women who had taken the Father's Day as an opportunity to publicly insult and ridicule their baby daddies. According to Toyin, women can never replace the place of a father no matter what.
She wrote, "To fathers dayTo all the idiot mums that thinks a mothers space can ever be replaced by a fathers space in their kids lives,Get this ehn? You can never grow A d*ck,Best believe and start acting right, even if the father of our kids are dead beats? Ehn?
you have to make it work for the future, for the sake of the child who didn’t beg you to Born him,♀️every man is entailed to 10 women, even pastors cheat ,you better recognize and act right, for the sake of the children that didn’t beg you to bring them to live ♀️our world is corrupt, just make it work, for your kids sake, kids like this grow up hating their dads like me,God please help them lost souls"
She went on to wish her baby daddy a happy Father's Day, perhaps to make her point. However fans believe the message is directed at Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh.
This is due to the fact that her post came up after Tonto Dikeh had taken to her Instagram page to wish herself a happy Father's Day, throwing shade at her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, in the process.
