- Paul Pogba has refused to comment over his future at Manchester United as he has been linked with a move away from the club
- He was heavily criticised last term for his average performance for the Red Devils despite being the club's record signing
- The 25-year-old is representing France at the ongoing FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia and was involved in his side's winning goal against Australia in their opening game
Manchester United record signing Paul Pogba has debunked media reports linking him away from Old Trafford this summer.
The 25-year-old midfielder had a fall out with his Portuguese manager at some point last season owing to his average performance for the club.
That the former Chelsea had to bench him for a number of games before the pair found a way to mend their differences and pursue the club's goal.
Pogba has been heavily linked with a summer move to either of Barcelona or Real Madrid, while he has also been accused of considering to rejoin Juventus - United bought him for £89m two years ago.
Meanwhile, the midfielder is curently representing his country in Russia as he was involved in the French team's winning goal against Australia on Saturday.
And he has insisted that helping his French team repeat their 1998 feat remains his top priority and will not be distracted with conversations with colleagues or former team-mates.
“I am with the France squad, I don’t want to speak about the future of the club and all this,” he said,
“Yes, I speak with (Paulo) Dybala, but whether I speak to Dybala or speak with (Samuel) Umtiti, who plays at Barcelona, it’s not there I will go and play.”

The Red Devils failed to win a single trophy last season and the manager Mourinho is planning to strengthen the squad during the transfer window as they hope to compete favourably with their city rivals, Manchester City next term.
And after publicly calling him out for poor displays last season, the Portuguese could be prepared to sacrifice Pogba in order to fund new signings.

United have been linked with a number of high-profile players, including Real Madrid duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, as well as Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
NAIJ.com earlier reported that Paul Pogba has spoken out for the first time about being dropped by the Red Devils' handler Jose Mourinho many times this season.
The ex Juventus star was dropped for both legs of the Champions League exit against Sevilla, as well as a Premier League clash with Huddersfield.
There are many reports that the Frenchman was dropped because of an alleged rift between him and his manager at Old Trafford Jose Mourinho.
But Paul Pogba has cleared the air on the issue claiming that the relationship between him and Mourinho is cordial.
