Chelsea’s Spanish forward Alvaro Morata is currently enjoying a vacation in Sardinia, Italy alongside his pregnant wife, Alice Campello after been snubbed by Spain for the ongoing 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, reports suggest.
The Spanish international and his better-half in the last couple of days, have been active on social media after uploading images of their activities in Sardinia, which is Italy's second largest island and the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea.
Indeed, from the images, the duo are enjoying life at the fullest after escaping the hustles associated with live in London.

Although, the former Juventus and Real Madrid forward opened his goals’ account after his £75million switch to Stamford Bridge, it didn’t take time before the Spanish international started struggling to find form as he was also hit by injury.
Interestingly, in naming one of the images he shared, the Chelsea front man made a reference to the baby, he was expecting with his wife Campello.
“When you go to push your wife to the water and she pushes you! Two against one! Man to water!!.”
Already, the couple disclosed back in December last year, that they were expecting a baby and now the pregnancy is in the final period.
The out-of-favour La Roja forward is due to jet back to London ahead of the commencement of pre-season duty, but is currently been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
However, latest reports coming out of Germany, suggests Bundesliga campaigners’ Borussia Dortmund are keeping vigil on Morata before deciding on their next line of action this summer.
Morata, who is Chelsea’s, record signing at £75million netted 11 times in 31 Premier League appearances in his first season in English topflight.
According to UK Daily Mail report, quoting sources at German publication Bild and TalkSport, revealed that Bundesliga campaigners’’ are eager to offer the player a getaway route.
Recently, Dortmund brought in Chelsea’s Belgian forward Michy Batshuayi on a loan deal during last winter transfer.
The Belgium international replaced Gabonese forward, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and rightly booked a spot in the Red Devils’ World Cup squad after netting nine goals in the German topflight as well as four strikes in the Europa League.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously had reported that Morata was spotted with his agent Juanma Lopez in Milan on Wednesday May 23 with Juventus director of sports Fabio Paratici.
The Spain international was left out of the national squad for the 2018 World Cup after a poor performance at Chelsea.
