The Belgian has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge and reportedly stalled on a contract extension amid interest from La Liga.

Chelsea's inability to qualify for the 2018/19 Champions League and the uncertainty over the future of Antonio Conte at the club are said to be the major reasons Hazard would leave the Blues.

Real Madrid are said to be looking for Eden Hazard's signature as a replacement for Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo who has joined Juventus.

And according to the report by Don Balon, Eden Hazard is interested in a move to Real Madrid because he does not want to play under the shadow of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho.
