Wanted fake 'Nepa' staff caught in front of a police station in Rivers state

A Nigerian man who posed as a Port Hacourt Electricity Company staff to defraud a man of N90,000 was recently caught and exposed by the guy who paid him to install a prepaid meter.

According to the man identified as Udeme Obot on Facebook said that he was defrauded by a fake NEPA man who goes by the name Hope Dennis Akpan.

In a post he made, he narrated how he requested for the services of Akpan thinking he was an official of the PHED to help him install a prepaid meter, he also added that the man after the payment disappeared and refused to pick up his calls.

He continued that after several months of trying to contact him, he coincidentally met him at a police station.

He wrote on his Facebook page; "Fake "Nepa" guy Busted!

Check out this dude, Hope Dennis Akpan, claimed to work for PHED. In January this year he collected N90,000 from me for the installation of prepaid meter.

My guy disappeared into tin air after payment. He refused taking my calls or replying my messages immediately after then.
