Barcelona make second bid for Chelsea star Willian

- Chelsea winger Willian could be on his way to Barcelona this summer

- The Spanish giants have made a second bid for the Brazilian star

- He is also a summer transfer target for Manchester United

Spanish champions Barcelona have reportedly made a second bid for Chelsea and Brazil international Willian worth £60m with the aim of luring him to Spain this summer.

Since the end of the last Premier League season where Willian was superb for Chelsea, he has emerged as a transfer target for Barcelona who want him to join their attack next season.

Initially, Barcelona are said to have made £50m bid for Willian, but their offer was turned down by the Stamford Bridge landlords who feel the Brazilian worth more than that.

And according to the report by Daily Mail, the Catalan giants have added more money which has not been rejected yet by Chelsea.

Manchester United are also said to be interested in signing Willian and they have made £55m bid, but considering the last submission by Barcelona, United will have to open their wallet again if they still want to be in the race.
