Longvale Trust first employed Tshilidzi as a 19-year-old animal science and production diploma graduate from Tshwane University of Technology in 2007.

However, the murder of the Trust's founder, Thembile Mbete, in 2009 pushed away investors. Tshilidzi bravely took a loan and acquired 40 percent of the Trust.

At the time, the farm only had 49 cows. With skill and determination, Tshilidzi played a major role in reviving it.

Today, Little Barnet has over 500 cows and produces in excess of 11,000 litres of milk every day. Tshilidzi's Matshibele supplies milk to Shoprite through Coega Dairy.

The ambitious farmer plans to grow his company by 30 to 40 percent over the next two years. He said:

"We are constantly expanding the business. We are currently constructing a massive dam and developing an irrigation system that would enable us to add another 250 to 300 cows."

Tshilidzi's story has inspired many tweeps. See some of their reactions below.
