Recall that NAIJ.com earlier reported that Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso's defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC) is not a surprise to members of the party, according to the speaker of the Kano House of Assembly, Yusuf Abdullahi Ata.
Ata claimed Kwankswaso's exit was expected by the party and long overdue. He added that the senator's exit won't affect the party's victory in 2019.
