- Reports say Chelsea are ready to sell Willian to Man United at a reduced price
- The Blues have initially rejected three bids from Barcelona for the Brazilian
- The west London club will be hoping Manchester United will accept the offer
Chelsea are reportedly frustrated holding onto their Willian after attempts to sign the midfielder have it the rocks, Mundo Deportivo reports.
The Spanish media outlet claim Chelsea are expected to sell the Brazil midfielder to Barcelona this week only for the club to break off talks to sign Bordeaux winger Malcom.
The reports also said Chelsea made a desperate call to offer Willian at a reduced price and have slashed their valuation to urge Barca to sign the midfielder.
The Blues were initially demanding for €70m but with the situation of things now Chelsea will encourage Manchester United to return to the negotiating table for Willian.
Maurizio Sarri has only made two signings since his appointment - Jorginho and Rob Green - and Rugani tops his wishlist.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had earlier reported Premier League side Manchester United have been tipped by bookies to sign Chelsea winger Willian, according to a UK Daily Star report.
The Chelsea midfielder has been linked severally with an exit from the West London outfit this summer, with the duo of Manchester United and Barcelona reportedly keeping vigil on the Brazilian.
