- John Terry is currently on holiday and visited the Marseille pre-season training camp
- The 37-year-old is currently a free agent after running out of contract with his Championship side Aston Villa
- He probably might be considering joining the French League side after ruling out talks of retirement
England and Chelsea legend John Terry is reportedly considering to join French League side Marseille this summer.
The 37-year-old is clubless since his one year deal with lower division side Aston Villa expired at the end of last season.
Terry was sighted at the Olympians pre-season training camp on Tuesday as the Ligue 1 club continues their preparations for the 2018-19 season.
They were held to a 1-1 draw by Portuguese League side Sporting Lisbon over the weekend.
According to Dailymail, the central defender is said to have paid the club a visit while on holiday with his family.
The publication also report that the England defender exchanged pleasantries with players and coaches before sitting down and observing the players in action during their training drills.
Terry spent just one season at the Villa Park after leaving Chelsea in 2017 but was unable to qualify Steve Bruce's men back to the Premier League before departing.
Terry has rebuffed talk of retirement and is weighing up his options, with a move abroad not out of the question.
NAIJ.com previously reported that John Terry ended his 22-year reign with Chelsea after leaving the Stamford Bridge at the end of the 2016-17 league season.
The 36-year-old Englishman is the Blues' most decorated player having won four Premier Leagues, five FA Cups, a Europa League and three League Cups. Terry also has a Champions League winner's medal.
