- Portugal international Ronaldo is getting set for a new life in the Serie A this season

- The 33-year-old is currently training with a reduced Juventus team to get himself ready for his new team
Juventus new signing Cristiano Ronaldo has continued to gear up for his debut for the Italian Serie A champions as he trained with a reduced squad in Turin on Sunday morning, August 4.
The five time ballon d'Or winner ended his nine year reign with 13 time Champions League winners Real Madrid last month in a €100 million deal until the summer of 2022.
After joining the Old Lady in a mega move, he decided to keep away from the team's preseason tour in the United States as he used the time to get acquainted with his new environment and also recover from his World Cup exploits.
According to Dailymail, the Portuguese international took part in a training session at the club's Juventus Training Center in Vinovo as he continues to prepare for the new season.
Massimiliano Allegri's men were beaten 3-1 in their penultimate pre-season friendly against Real Madrid at FedExField on Saturday night with Gareth Bale's wonder-strike and a brace from Marco Asensio in their last game on the US tour.
There is only one more pre-season amble before their Serie A campaign begins, the traditional 'family friendly' between Juventus and B team Juventus Primavera.
Scheduled to take place in the stunning Villar Sports Field on August 12, it could be Ronaldo's first run out in a black and white shirt.
Tickets for the game were already sold out ahead of Ronaldo's arrival but they will now be worth significantly more than what the lucky few paid.
Ronaldo is expected to make his debut for his Italian Serie A side on August 18 when Juventus kick off their Serie A title defence away to Chievo.
The Old Lady have not won UEFA's premiere competition since 1996 and have lost a notable five finals since then, including two in the last four seasons. Ronaldo, meanwhile, won it four times in five years with Real Madrid.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed a deal with Italian champions Juventus in a staggering £88 million deal after club's President Andrea Agnelli traveled to Greece to convince him to join the Turin side.
After the exit of Portugal at the 2018 FIFA World Cup where they were sent out in the round of 16 stages, Cristiano Ronaldo took his family to Greece for holiday to relax before the new season will kick off.
Ronaldo who joined Real Madrid from Manchester United in 2008 for a then world record £80 million is the La Liga club's all-time top scorer with 451 goals in all competitions.
