A female member of the House of Representatives from Rivers state, Boma Goodhead, has dared DSS operatives at the National Assembly to shoot her.
Angered at the siege by the DSS officers at the National Assembly complex on Tuesday, August 7, Goodhead said the siege on the building by the security officers was against the tenets of democracy.
In a video obtained by NAIJ.com, the lawmaker was be seen asking if Muhammadu Buhari would have become a president had Goodluck Jonathan meted out the same treatment to the opposition during his tenure.
"I dare you to shoot this bullet, you cannot come and embarrass us and also oppress us here .Was it the same thing Jonathan did to Buhari? If Goodluck had done this would Buhari have become a president? You cannot do this to us, start shooting at us," she said.

Meanwhile, some senators on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have raised an alarm claiming that their colleagues in the APC have started collecting signatures for the impeachment of Bukola Saraki.

Saraki, the president of the Senate, has remained in the leadership position days after he dumped the ruling APC.
Senator Dino Melaye, a close ally of Saraki and former member of the APC, made the allegation on behalf of the PDP senators.
