Chelsea star Tiemoue Bakayoko has emerged as a summer transfer target for Italian club AC Milan who are said to be ready to sign the Frenchman on loan.
Last season, the 23-year-old player joined the Stamford Bridge club from Monaco, and he played 25 Premier League games in his first season with the Blues.
Bakayoko also helped Chelsea to win the English FA Cup and his performances have caught the attention of AC Milan chiefs according to Sky Sports.
Chelsea were recently beaten in the Community Shield by Manchester City but Tiemoue Bakayoko failed to make it to the first team for the clash.
New Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri instead used Jorginho who joined the Blues from Italian club Napoli.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Chelsea new coach Maurizio Sarri is planning to offload some players from the Blues' squad in which Tiemoue Bakayoko is said to be among these players.
Maurizio Sarri is said to have declared the 23-year-old Frenchman surplus to requirement and will not be part of plans for the 2018/19 Premier League season.
